The client objective

No7 wanted to increase awareness and visitor engagement around its conference display. The activation needed to give attendees a compelling reason to approach the stand, create opportunities for the No7 team to begin brand and product conversations, and produce branded images that guests could easily save and share.

No7 also wanted to offer printed photographs to guests who preferred a physical keepsake and capture useful lead information through the digital sharing experience. Every part of the activation needed to feel connected to the No7 brand rather than appearing like a generic photo booth placed beside the display.

Creating an unmistakably No7 experience

Soundgirl built the guest experience around No7’s visual identity and “Believe in Possible” campaign.

The activation featured a branded pillow-wall environment, oversized Future Renew product displays and prominent No7 campaign messaging. These elements created an unexpected visual setting that helped the display stand out on the busy conference floor.

Guests could participate individually or with colleagues. Every finished image included No7 branding, the AAD 2026 location, the #No7Skincare hashtag and the brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.

The branding was not limited to a logo placed in the corner of a photograph. The physical environment, guest experience and finished media all worked together as one coordinated campaign.

Turning the display into a destination

The photo booth gave attendees a visible reason to stop at the No7 stand. Guest participation created movement and energy around the display, helping attract the attention of other conference visitors.

As attendees waited, posed or reviewed their photographs, the No7 team had natural opportunities to welcome them and introduce the brand and its Future Renew presentation. The activation therefore served two purposes at once: it provided an enjoyable guest experience while supporting meaningful engagement between No7 representatives and conference attendees.

Making branded content easy to share

Digital delivery allowed guests to receive their content quickly and continue interacting with it after leaving the stand.

The Snappic report recorded 481 sharing actions: 237 text-message deliveries, 199 downloads and 45 email deliveries. Some guests used more than one delivery option, producing 533 total shares.

This convenient delivery process gave attendees immediate access to branded content they could save, send to others or publish through their preferred social channels. No7’s campaign artwork, hashtag and account information remained visible on the finished media. Guests who preferred a physical takeaway could also receive a printed photograph.

Multiple forms of guest-created content

Across 312 guest sessions, the experience generated several types of content:

  • 250 photographs
  • 15 AI-generated images
  • 20 GIFs
  • 29 videos

The media received 513 documented views, including 420 photo views, 48 GIF views and 45 video views. Offering several formats gave attendees more ways to participate while keeping the experience visually engaging.

Measurable reach beyond the display

Snappic estimated that media from the activation reached 36,193 people and generated 121,687 impressions.

Text-message sharing accounted for an estimated reach of 17,301 people and 58,539 impressions. Downloads contributed an estimated reach of 14,527 and 49,153 impressions, while email delivery contributed an estimated reach of 4,365 and 13,995 impressions.

These figures illustrate how an interactive conference activation can continue generating brand exposure after each guest interaction is complete.

Supporting lead generation

The experience captured 282 leads during the reporting period. This added a measurable marketing component to the activation. Rather than limiting the experience to entertainment, the digital delivery process helped connect guest participation with continued brand engagement.

Why the activation worked

The No7 experience worked because every part of the activation supported the same objective. The physical display attracted attention. The photo booth encouraged participation. No7 representatives had more opportunities to engage with visitors. Guests received personalized branded content, and digital delivery allowed that content to continue traveling after the event.

The campaign demonstrated how a corporate photo booth activation can become an integrated marketing experience instead of simply serving as conference entertainment.
